• Academic Progress Data: Past papers attempted, mark scheme evaluation scores, study streak days, XP, and weak-point diagnostics.
• Audio Inputs (Optional): Microphone recordings used strictly during ESL Speaking Mock tests for real-time CEFR band evaluation.
• Payment Verification: Transaction screenshot or reference numbers for manual KBZPay/WavePay verification. We never store bank passwords or PINs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to power educational features:

• Deliver personalized AI explanations based on official Pearson Edexcel mark schemes.
• Track daily revision consistency, leaderboard XP, and issue official study certificates.
• Send important account notices, syllabus updates, and subscription confirmations.

3. Data Security & Storage

All data is transmitted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / SSL 256-bit encryption). Backend data is hosted on Supabase enterprise cloud infrastructure with strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies, preventing unauthorized cross-user access.

4. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request a complete export of your study data or request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account deletion permanently purges all progress records within 7 business days.
